Frequently asked questionS

• This all looks awesome! How do we move forward with booking you?
  A signed contract and a $1000 deposit is all that’s required to secure your date. The remaining balance is due 14 days before the wedding date. Payments accepted: all credit cards, interact transfers, cheque, and cash.

• Can we add something later?
  You sure can! If the wedding is approaching and you need additional hours or want to add a highlight film, it will just be added to your final balance.

• How do the hours work?
  The hours are consecutive, so they run continuously start to finish.

• Do we need a second photographer?
  It completely depends on the needs for your day! I shoot most weddings solo, but having a second photographer can be helpful for some wedding days.

• When do we receive our photos?
  If your package includes a highlight gallery, you can expect to receive that 3-6 days following your wedding day. Your final gallery will be delivered 4-6 weeks following the wedding day to ensure every photo looks the absolute best it can.

• Anything else we should know? I’ll send you an online questionnaire about a month before your wedding day. This will help firm up most of the information I’ll need for the day so that you can enjoy your day and I can work efficiently. Once the questionnaire is complete, I am also available for a call to help you plan your timeline if that would be valuable for you.
